Founder and Principal
Fergal leads the company's day-to-day operations. With a background deeply rooted in carpentry and construction, he oversees projects, manages construction sites, and actively engages in client communication to ensure their vision is seamlessly integrated into every project. His hands-on experience and extensive knowledge enable him to deliver quality first, ensuring the success of the company's endeavors.

Gavin works on enhancing the company's operational efficiency and communication. With a lifelong passion for construction his favorite toy at age 2 was a hammer, and no not a toy one. He has worked in numerous roles from laborer too carpenter, and project manager. Currently, he is wrapping up his education at Syracuse University, pursuing a double major in real estate and accounting, alongside a minor in Sustainable Construction.
